Vegan Sausage Rolls

Vegan Sausage Rolls (with Kevabs Protein Mix) 
Serves 4-5

- 1 x packet of Kevabs Protein Mix 
- 1 x packet of frozen puff pastry (for an all gluten free sausage roll, source a gluten free puff pastry) 
- 3 x tbsp plant based milk 
- 1 x tbsp oil of choice 

1. Remove puff pastry from freezer and allow to thaw for approx 30 minutes

2. Preheat oven to 180°

3. Prepare Kevabs Protein Mix as per packet and set aside

4. Mix plant based milk and oil together and set aside

5. Cut pastry in half and spread Kevabs Protein Mix along the bottom and fold the top over 

6. Lightly press down the edges with a fork and lightly brush with milk and oil mixture

7. Cut to size and repeat with remaining mix and pastry 

8. Place on greased or lined tray and bake until golden brown (approx 15 minutes)

Easy as that! Serve with your favourite sauce or chutney and enjoy :)
